An outstanding hybrid pak choi with its thick, bright white stems and glossy green, slightly ruffled leaves. Organic Bopak is an excellent option for any growing region. Growing to 25cm (10”), Bopak is smaller than Joi Choi in height, but heavier in weight. Wonderful for fresh salads and stir fries with its mild, sweet flavour and delightfully crunchy stems. Good tolerance to both hot and cold temperatures.

How To Grow
These cool-season vegetables are incredibly easy to grow and very tasty. The leaves can be used raw in salads, but the whole plant can be steamed or stir-fried.
