Erika and her team at West Coast Seeds went above and beyond in their assistance of our school seed fundraiser. This was our first time working with West Coast Seeds. They were quick to respond to our questions and were patient and supportive through our entire fundraiser.

"The Board of Viva Chorale! was very pleased with our fundraising efforts with West Coast Seeds, and would like to do it again next year, so please put us on your list. We have several ideas about how we could do even better next year, by expanding our members’ seed orders to include family members and neighbours. I am particularly grateful to you, Erika, for helping me deal with an order that came late and I misplaced till the very last moment!"

-- Viva Chorale! Choir, Salt Spring Island, BC.

First off, I would like to thank you and your team at West Coast Seeds for all of your help and assistance with our 2017 fundraiser. It went amazing! We were able to raise money for our school greenhouse. You and your team were extremely supportive in answering our questions, providing information and helping us with the entire process. The seed selection choice was more than enough. Families had a fantastic selection.

Fantastic! It was an easy straightforward fundraiser to run and the take away was very generous.

-- Central Community School, Port Coquitlam, BC

Our West Coast Seed fundraiser was a win for everyone! It was easy for the students to take and submit orders, and the staff at West Coast Seeds was able to respond quickly to our questions. Delivery was fast and without errors. We were happy to sell seeds from a local business, and felt we were raising money in an environmentally responsible way.

Fundraising with West Coast Seeds was a lovely experience! Our families found their web platform easy to navigate, and loved the selection of seeds available to them. We are looking forward to running our seed fundraiser with them again!

We always love partnering with West Coast Seeds for our annual fundraiser. Erika is such an informative pleasure to work with and always provides tremendous support. The families that we work with are big supporters of our fundraising program and they all just love collecting their seeds when they arrive!

The Green and Gold Garden, in Edmonton, participated in the WCS fundraising programme for the first time this year and we are very grateful to have had this opportunity! Our all volunteer-run Garden grows a wide range of vegetables, fruits, flowers, and herbs on about three acres of donated land. Throughout the summer we sell our produce at twice weekly market days at the garden. All of the money raised through produce sales goes to support the Tubahumurize Association’s work for women in Rwanda. We are a community “garden with a difference”—locally, our garden provides a wide array of organically grown produce, as well as educating volunteers and visitors about gardening and growing their own food. Our participation in the WCS fundraiser not only provided our garden with funds for tools and other garden supplies, but also enabled our loyal customers and supporters the opportunity to purchase their seeds from WCS (WCS has also been a supporter of the Green and Gold Garden for many years through the community donated seeds program.) The feedback we received from people who ordered WCS through the fundraiser was so positive—everyone was looking forward to receiving their seeds and starting to plan their gardens—a much needed bright spot in these difficult times. Our connection to WCS, and our commitment to the women in Rwanda, is a prime example of “thinking globally, while acting locally.” We thank WCS for the opportunity to raise funds to support our garden operation and, in turn, strengthen our commitment to our Edmonton community—and to helping women in Rwanda. www.greengoldgarden.com www.rwandanwomencan.org

West Coasts Seeds delivered again this year! Despite increased pressures in supply and demand, we received our order in a relatively timely manner and were excited to pass the seeds on to our eager supporters! Thanks Erika, for all your work behind the scenes!

West Coast Seeds exceeded our expectations! This was a new fundraiser for us and it went extremely well, everything went smoothly and we will be doing this again.

-- JJ Pet Access League Society (PALS), Calgary, AB

This was an awesome fundraiser for our club, it was well supported by our community and was nice to have a healthy fundraiser that also promotes people to get out and be active, instead of selling typical fundraiser items such as chocolates or raffle tickets. We are excited to do it again next year and our supporters are already asking about the next order.
