CERTIFIED ORGANIC. The 25 cm (10 inch) long, slender green skinned fruits of this eggplant have tender and mild flesh that absorbs flavours well. The drought resistant plants can grow up to 180 cm (2 feet) tall and are mostly spineless. Despite green fruits, the flowers are a pretty purple like with other eggplants. Try these unique fruits roasted. stir fried, or in stews and curries.
