MU511A - Asian Delight
This new pac choi is going to change the game for organic farmers and home gardeners alike as the most bolt-resistant variety on the market. Asian Delight is the winner of the 2018 AAS Award in the Edible category, and in field tests across North America growers were amazed by its incredible staying power. Sown side by side with other white stemmed pac choi, Asian Delight pac choi will last three to four weeks longer in the field. It forms a pleasantly compact head with dark green, slightly savoyed leaves and bright white mid-ribs. The heads are around 12-18cm (5-7") in size, so they are perfect for the market table or CSA farm box.
