This mix has a truly Mediterranean flavour and feel with its mix of red and green lettuce, arugula, endive, and radicchio. A slightly bitter flavour profile that balances perfectly with a sweet dressing or savory vinaigrette. Harvest the baby greens with scissors for an instant, pre-mixed salad. Grow in full sun to from fall to spring, and in partial shade in the summer. Each pellet contains numerous seeds, so one or two pellets per 5" container is ample. This blend looks spectacular planted in terracotta pots.
