Ladner Elementary PAC is excited to be hosting our first fundraiser withWest Coast Seeds.  Ladner Elementary PAC will receive 40% of all products sold, with all proceeds being directed funding the school garden and outdoor learning. As a school community we are hopeful that we can build a beautiful garden at our school once again where our children can continue to learn about and be inspired by nature and plants.

A few items to note:

- Seed sales are from February 2 - February 17th.

- There is a $10 order minimum

- Seeds will be delivered at the beginning of March. As soon as we receive them, we will set up a time after school for pick up at Ladner Elementary.

New to gardening or would like some gardening advice?

If you have specific gardening questions or would like some help choosing which seed varieties to order, we will have a table set up in the undercover area with some experienced gardeners. Feel free to come by, ask questions and get some inspiration for your garden!

If you are new to gardening or just want some great recommendations, try these West Coast Seeds suggestions.Choose the following filters in the drop down menu.

Easy to grow(these varieties are tried and true, easy to plant and give good yields)

FILTER: Kid Friendly(variety of pumpkins, carrots, cherry tomatoes, sunflowers, peas)

FILTER: Perennials (once you plant them, they will overwinter or self-sow and you don’t have to plant them again).

FILTER: Attracts pollinators(bring butterflies, bees, and other pollinators to your garden. These plants will also increase the yield and health of your vegetables)

FILTER: Good for ContainersThese varieties do well in pots or large planters with limited space.

FILTER: Grows in part shade.If you only have partial sun, try these varieties.

FILTER: Certified Organic
