How to Participate

Welcome to the participants’ page

By now you should have received your group’s campaign information. All orders need to be placed on the West Coast Seeds fundraising site to qualify for this program. There are a few ways that you can place your order but it is important to follow the organizer’s instructions.
  • If you are ordering online, go to the product pages and choose your items. Once you have filled your cart, go to select your organization, add your name and contact information, confirm order and checkout. 
**Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay.
  • If you have been provided with paper forms, please fill in the information and return with payment to your organizer.  There is a fillable order form available on the website if you prefer not to calculate your own forms. Please ensure that you choose your province on the top left-hand corner of the form. 
**Please ensure that you provide all contact information so that you receive your seed order(s)**
**If you have missed your organization's fundraising deadline, please contact the organizer to ensure that they are able to submit late orders.**
