Well-loved, fast growing green mustard with a wonderfully spicy flavour! Southern Giant Curled has light green leaves with ruffled edges that are more pronounced as leaves mature. Full size leaves will also have more heat, so harvest young for salads. Flavour is milder when cooked. A fantastic companion to the purple Giant Red mustard which has similar flavour and speed.
