Daisy Seeds

Daisy is a term that can describe many members of the Aster family, Asteraceae. The common traits shared by all these flowers is a distinctive yellow centre and radiating petals that are usually white. Chrysanthemum, Bellis, Aster, and even Shungiku might all fall under the same daisy-shaped umbrella, but we felt there was no better way to describe this particular flower.
Bloom time: early to mid-summer.
