Choose Zoey Organic onion seeds for delicious sweet flavour in an onion that will store for up to four months. Zoey has uniform globe shaped bulbs with strong centres and firm flesh. This is an intermediate onion that is adaptable to a wide range of North American regions. Hybrid vigour brings high disease resistance and uniformity to this excellent variety.
For the best storage, be sure to dry and cure your onions thoroughly at harvest time. The goal is to maintain the integrity of the skin around the bulb, and give the plants time to dry, until all the remaining moisture is within the bulb, not the leaves or stem.
